HOW IT WORKS

INITIAL INQUIRY

You may have already looked at my website or Instagram and feel I am the right fit for your special day. The next step would be to email me with your name, date of the wedding ceremony, your ideal package and I can send you over a quote.

LET’S JUMP ON A CALL

Jump on a call so we can get to know one another a little better! On the call you will be guided through the wedding process step by step, from legalities to formalities. This will allow you to get a better feel of who I am and what my ceremonies are all about.

SECURE YOUR BOOKING

If you would like to have me as your celebrant you will secure your booking with a deposit. The balance is paid two weeks prior to your wedding date.

OUR FIRST MEETING & LEGAL PAPERWORK (NOIM)

Next, our initial meeting. Here I get to know you and your partner a little more intimately, which is my favourite part. In this meeting we also take the ‘boring’ and ‘long’ out of the legals as we fill out the NOIM.

DISCOVERING YOUR LOVE STORY

Now for my favourite part, getting to truly know you.
Your story, your energy, and all the beautiful little details that make your love yours.

During our meeting, I’ll gently dig into the heart of your relationship: what you love about one another, the moments that shaped you, and the magic that brought you here. You’ll also receive a couple’s questionnaire to complete together in your own time, a chance to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

DRAFTING YOUR BESPOKE CEREMONY

Once everything is returned to me, I begin writing your ceremony from scratch, weaving your story, your energy, and words into something entirely your own. No templates, just a bespoke, thoughtful script crafted with care. This is where your story truly comes to life, and one of my other favourite parts of the entire process.

THE WEDDING DAY

With everything complete, all that’s left is for you to settle into the excitement of what will truly be one of the best days of your lives.
I’ll see you on your wedding day, where I’ll hold space for you and your guests, keep you grounded, at ease, and present… and most of all, make sure you have fun and soak up every joyful moment..

POST-CEREMONY & LODGING YOUR MARRIAGE

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU’RE OFFICIALLY MARRIED.
Once the ceremony settles, I’ll take care of all the legalities for you, lodging your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages. Your official certificate will arrive in the mail within 7–10 days, a little piece of paper that marks the start of your next chapter.
It’s all included in your package, so you can stay in the moment and simply enjoy being together.

  • Ally was truly amazing, she went above and beyond all expectations.

    From our first meeting it felt like both Vivi and myself had known her our whole lives. She is fun and at the same time, very professional and really helped make the wedding planning process stress free. We didn’t have a wedding planner at the ceremony but she filled that spot like a star with advice and wedding wisdom. Nothing was hard for Ally and she would answer the 100 questions we had that helped reduce the anxiety of the big day.   • From the moment we got engaged we knew that we could only trust one person with our wedding ceremony and that was Ally.

    From meeting with her to the rehearsal and then the actual day she made sure we were listened to and taken care of .
    We didn’t want to say our own vows so Ally made us a questionnaire and on the day surprised us with what we had both said and it was so much better . It took away our nerves as we are not public speakers. We only wanted a quick and relaxed ceremony that was funny but also a bit from the heart and she delivered 100%.
