Signature is the full, bespoke experience; multiple touchpoints, a custom script, guidance on vows, pro delivery, and a PA system.

Elopement / Legals Only keeps it simple and intimate with the legally required wording, a short script, and lodgement of paperwork.

A planning meeting, a bespoke script, unlimited edits, vow guidance, professional officiating on the day, a quality PA system, and all legal documentation lodged with BDM. Rehearsals are optional (fee applies). Pre-wedding meditation is available at a reduced add-on rate.

Yes. I provide structure, prompts, and feedback so your vows match in tone and length, while sounding genuinely “you.”

Optional, but helpful if you have a larger wedding party or complex logistics. Subject to availability (additional fee).

I guide you through the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), the required legal words, and witness requirements, then lodge everything with Births, Deaths and Marriages. (General info only, always follow current BDM guidance.)

In Australia, the NOIM is generally lodged at least one month before your ceremony date (exceptions exist in limited circumstances). I’ll walk you through timing and ID requirements.

Yes, a witnesses can be arranged (fee may apply).

Yes. I bring a quality PA for the ceremony and can coordinate with your musicians/DJ.

We’ll confirm a wet-weather plan in advance and stay flexible. I coordinate discreetly with your vendor team to keep things smooth.

Yes. I can quietly coordinate the ceremony flow (run sheet, cueing, vendor checks, timing). It lets you and your loved ones stay fully present.

A gentle, heart-led session (solo or with your nearest) including guided meditation, light reiki-based energy clearing, and a keepsake crystal, so you start the day grounded and connected.

Unlimited revisions up to an agreed cut-off date. I want the words to feel exactly right.

Yes. Super 8 is cinematic motion on film; it complements (not replaces) photography. We can collaborate beautifully with your photographer.

A booking fee secures your date, with the balance due prior to the ceremony. Travel, rehearsals, coordination, and add-ons are itemised transparently.

If you need to move your date, I’ll do my best to accommodate. The booking fee is non-refundable, and standard reschedule/cancellation terms apply (detailed in your agreement).
