INITIAL INQUIRY
You may have already looked at my website or Instagram and feel I am the right fit for your special day. The next step would be to email me with your name, date of the wedding ceremony, your ideal package and I can send you over a quote for this.

LET’S JUMP ON A CALL
Jump on a call so we can get to know one another a little better! On the call you will be guided through the wedding process step by step, from legalities to formalities. This will allow you to get a better feel of who I am and what my ceremonies are all about.

SECURE YOUR BOOKING
If you would like to have me as your celebrant you will secure your booking with a 15% deposit. (The amount owing will be paid one week prior to the ceremony date).

OUR FIRST MEETING & LEGAL PAPERWORK (NOIM)
Next, our initial meeting. Here I get to know you and your partner a little more intimately, which I just love personally getting to know my couples. In this meeting we also take the ‘boring’ and ‘long’ out of the legal part as we fill out the NOIM. I like getting this legal part done first as its one less thing for you to worry about so you can continue to focus on the importance of your special day.

DISCOVERING YOUR LOVE STORY
Now for my favourite part. It’s time to truly get to know you, your love story, and the very special details of what makes your love so unique. During our meeting I will find out some intimate details of the things that you love most about each other and your love. I also send over a couple’s questionnaire that you fill out together in your own time. This part is all the fun! Pull up on the couch with your best friend, have a wine, a beer, a tea (whatever floats), and most importantly, have a laugh and connect with one another.

DRAFTING YOUR BESPOKE CEREMONY
With the intimate and private details collected, there is one more document for your review… Once all of the above has been sent back to me, its time to draft up your first ceremony document. Also my favourite part. This is how I will create your bespoke ceremony.

THE WEDDING DAY
With all ticked off, it’s time for you to keep getting excited for what will be one of the best days of your lives. I will then see you on the Wedding day — where I promise to hold space for you and your guests, make you feel completely at ease and bring you closer together through your unique love story.

POST-CEREMONY & LODGING YOUR MARRIAGE
CONGRATULATIONS — YOU ARE OFFICIALLY MARRIED! Post ceremony, I will then lodge your marriage to the Births, deaths and Marriages. You will then receive your Marriage certificate in the mail within 7-10 days. This fee is paid by me and part of your package fee.
With me guiding the flow, you don’t need to assign these jobs to friends or family
It’s one less thing for you to think about — allowing your loved ones to be fully present as guests, and you to feel calm, supported, and completely in the moment.
